Job Description

Responsibilities

Virtual server management - Linux operating systems
Checking servers and following them up in case of faults with the manufacturing company
Opening tickets from the manufacturer in case of a problem and following up on its solution
Install security updates according to the procedures followed with cyber security
Providing the necessary support to the Ministry's team responsible for the servers in terms of solving problems and applying the required requirements
Applying the required requirements in terms of cyber security, such as installing protection systems and activating them properly on all servers
Installing applications and services according to the Ministry's requirements
Monitoring servers and solving related problems in cooperation with the owner of the system
Respond to a supportive system for the implementation of virtual environment services
Respond to attend emergencies and emergency meetings until the problem is resolved
