Installations and configuration for FTP, NFS, SMB, DNS, DHCP, NTP
Ability to do basic Shell, Perl and Python scripting/automation
Ability to train other team members on the applications, proper procedures, problem isolation
Must be able to perform optimization and performance testing, provide technical support for incident response and reporting and provide on-call support
Must be able to install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and document all aspects of the of the Linux architecture
Knowledge of Kannel SMS gateway is a plus
Network knowledge, TCP/IP, and routing
RHCSA or Linux+ certification preferred, but not required;
Web servers installations and configuration (Apache, Tomcat), basic knowledge
Requirements
University degree in Communications engineering or computer science background is preferred
Experience 1 -2 years in Linux/Unix alike systems administration
