The Main Event: What You'll Drive, Build, and Own

We are looking for a Listing Acquisition Specialist who will own the end-to-end supply acquisition process from sourcing properties and convincing owners to work with us, all the way to publishing high-quality listings on real estate portals.

This role is central to our growth. You will be the first point of contact with property owners and will represent the company's brand, professionalism, and value proposition in the market.Key Responsibilities

  • Property Sourcing & Owner Acquisition
  • Actively source residential properties for sale and rent (apartments, villas, townhouses, compounds).
  • Identify and contact property owners through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, field sourcing, and databases.
  • Present and convince owners to list their properties exclusively or semi-exclusively with the company.
  • Clearly explain the company's marketing services, reach, and value proposition.
  • Pricing Analysis & Advisory
  • Conduct market and pricing analysis using comparable listings, recent transactions, and area benchmarks.
  • Recommend an optimal listing price aligned with market demand and owner expectations.
  • Confidently explain pricing logic and negotiate with owners when needed.
  • Brokerage Contract Coordination
  • Follow up with owners to ensure brokerage contracts are signed correctly and on time.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Track contract status and renewals.
  • Photoshoot Planning & Coordination
  • Organize and schedule professional photoshoots for listed properties.
  • Coordinate with photographers, owners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure properties are ready for shooting (access, timing, presentation).
  • Listing Creation & Portal Management
  • Create high-quality property listings on real estate portals (e.g. Bayut, Aqar, company CRM).
  • Write clear, attractive, and accurate property descriptions.
  • Upload correct photos, prices, locations, and property details.
  • Ensure listings comply with portal and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Management & Organization
  • Maintain accurate property data in internal systems and trackers.
  • Monitor listing performance and flag opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure all supply information is structured, updated, and reliable.
