Job Title: Listing Agent

We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Listing Agent to join our team at
Pure Home Real Estate in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing and promoting real estate listings, ensuring properties get maximum exposure, and helping clients successfully close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and list residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare listings (photos, descriptions, pricing).
- Develop marketing strategies for online platforms and social media.
- Coordinate open houses and property showings.
- Maintain relationships with clients (property owners, buyers, and investors).
- Provide regular updates on market trends and negotiate deals.
- Stay informed on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends.
- Advise clients on pricing adjustments based on market demand.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and all necessary documentation.
Requirements
Ideal Profile:
- Must have own visa (self-sponsored or freelancer visa).
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate listing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
