Job Summary:
The Listing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of property listings within a real estate agency. This role ensures smooth and efficient processes from the initial listing agreement to the property's market debut. The Listing Coordinator works closely with agents, clients, photographers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and appealing property presentations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Management:
- Manage and coordinate property listing activities, including gathering property details, photos, and required documentation.
- Input accurate property information into Multiple Listing Service (MLS) databases and other listing platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Airbnb).
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare and review listing agreements, disclosures, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
- Marketing Coordination:
- Schedule professional photography, virtual tours, and property staging when necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, brochures, and online campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of online listings and suggest improvements to enhance visibility.
- Client Communication:
- Act as a primary point of contact for property owners regarding listing-related updates and status.
- Provide regular feedback and activity reports to clients.
- Database Management:
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of all active, pending, and closed listings.
- Track deadlines and important dates related to listings, contracts, and client follow-ups.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist agents in scheduling property showings and open houses.
- Support agents with listing-related tasks and client inquiries.
