Job Position- Business Development Manager / Executive (Listing Agent, Holiday Homes)
Location- Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Purpose
To lead and execute Vanilla Homes (sister company of PSI and PSI Assets) portfolio growth strategy, driving property acquisition, partnerships, and long-term owner relationships while ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational capacity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute property acquisition and growth strategy
- Lead owner, investor, and developer negotiations
- Close management, leasing, and strategic partnership agreements
- Align onboarding, design, operations, and finance timelines
- Monitor acquisition KPIs, portfolio quality, and ROI
- Represent Vanilla Homes at senior-level industry events
- Prepare growth forecasts and reports for management
- Ensure new properties meet Vanilla Homes brand and design standards
Essential Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE holiday homes, real estate, and STR regulations, Listing
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial skills
- Strategic thinking with operational awareness
- Ability to balance growth with quality and brand integrity
Qualifications & Experience
- 1+ 3 years experience in business development or real estate
- Proven track record in closing deals
- Experience in hospitality or holiday homes is highly preferred
