About the Role
The Listing Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining property listings across various platforms, ensuring that all property information is accurate, up to date, and presented professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings across online platforms and property portals
- Ensure property details, pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions are accurate
- Coordinate with real estate agents and property owners to collect and verify listing information
- Prepare professional and attractive property descriptions
- Ensure listings meet company quality standards and relevant UAE real estate requirements
- Coordinate property photography, floor plans, and marketing materials when required
- Monitor listing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate and organized property databases
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support property promotion
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, property listings, administration, or a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and real estate property portals
- Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines efficiently
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
