Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in criminal defense across all levels of litigation.
- Comprehensive and precise knowledge of investigation procedures before the Public Prosecution (both general and specialized), and of criminal trials before all criminal courts (Misdemeanor Courts at all levels Criminal Courts at all levels Court of Cassation).
- Exceptional and professional ability to prepare and draft criminal memoranda and appeals, and to formulate legal defenses with a high level of competency.
- Strong oral advocacy skills before courts, with a professional presence and confidence before all judicial bodies.
- Commitment to the highest professional standards, ability to work collaboratively, withstand work pressure, and strict adherence to hearing schedules.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, reflecting the firm's image and ensuring the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for handling legal documents and professional communication when needed.
