We are looking for a Repossession Officer to join the Repossession of Vehicles (RPO) team. The department exists to manage the recovery, repossession and sale of vehicles from customers who have not made regular payments on their liabilities. Ensure the repossessed vehicles are sold through courts auctions. Collect payments from the court and following the sale of vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Ensuring productivity, performance, and accountability.
- Collect necessary information and analyse the defaulter cases in order to seek approval and initiate appropriate action
- Helping both Internal and External customers: External customers need to attend the customers and solve problems in time which helps to get cash from customers in time. Internal customers collaborating with colleagues and help each other to arrive at organizational goal
- Sharing and maintaining the individual pivot reports. Share the daily MIS on actual cash collection and confirm payments
- Process and Policies ensure that collection process and polices are adhered and all cash transactions are reported and handled with utmost care.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree
- Family Book (UAE National)
- Experience in operations, collections, or repossession-related functions (relevant experience in related fields may also be considered).
- Strong knowledge of RPO processes and compliance requirements.
