Live Operations Specialist

TUT is expanding and we're looking for a Live Operations Specialist to support real-time driver operations and ensure smooth daily performance across our smart mobility platform.

Responsibilities

Monitor live driver and trip performance

Follow up on delays and operational issues

Coordinate with drivers and field teams

Track operational KPIs and performance data

Support daily operations reporting

Qualifications

12 years experience in Operations / Dispatch / Logistics

Experience working with drivers and transportation operations

Experience using Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting

Familiarity with tracking tools or operational dashboards

Experience with operational tracking and reporting, and performance monitoring

Basic experience in data analysis and operational reporting

Experience with ride-hailing platforms (DiDi, Uber, Careem) is a plus.
