Live Operations Specialist

TUT is expanding and we're looking for a Live Operations Specialist to support real-time driver operations and ensure smooth daily performance across our smart mobility platform.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live driver and trip performance

• Follow up on delays and operational issues

• Coordinate with drivers and field teams

• Track operational KPIs and performance data

• Support daily operations reporting

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in Operations / Dispatch / Logistics

• Experience working with drivers and transportation operations

• Experience using Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting

• Familiarity with tracking tools or operational dashboards

• Experience with operational tracking and reporting, and performance monitoring

• Basic experience in data analysis and operational reporting

• Experience with ride-hailing platforms (DiDi, Uber, Careem) is a plus.
