Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Learning Center Director (LCD) to lead the daily operations and overall performance of our branch in Jeddah. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with proven experience in managing teams, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Requirements

• A strong background in Education and Training, with experience in managing or coordinating learning programs.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational, time management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Sales experience in language/ professional skills training in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• A positive, passionate and professional demeanor is essential for this role.
