Job Description

Company, marking a pivotal step in the development of the Saudi airports sector. The company manages and operates airports, including domestic and international airports. The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor annual Local Content plans and ensure the achievement of approved targets.
  • Calculate and measure Local Content percentages in accordance with approved methodologies and regulations.
  • Review and analyze supplier and contractor proposals from a Local Content perspective and prepare the required evaluations.
  • Monitor the implementation of Local Content commitments by suppliers and contractors and prepare compliance reports.
  • Conduct analytical studies to identify gaps and improvement opportunities in Local Content performance.
  • Manage and periodically update Local Content databases.
  • Prepare Local Content templates and documentation for tenders and contracts.
  • Support award and evaluation committees by providing Local Content-related analyses.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities regarding Local Content reporting and disclosure requirements.
  • Prepare and review Local Supplier Development plans and capacity-building programs.
  • Monitor Local Content key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive reports for senior management.
  • Participate in the development of Local Content strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Deliver workshops and awareness programs to promote a Local Content culture among employees and suppliers.
  • Follow up on initiatives related to job localization, knowledge transfer, and training within contracts.
  • Review and approve Local Content data submitted by suppliers and verify its accuracy.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance compliance levels and achieve Local Content targets.
  • Represent the company in meetings and events related to Local Content and supplier development.

Administrative Responsibilities

Employee Development

  • Oversee the development of subordinates, set objectives, identify training needs, and evaluate training outcomes.
  • Guide supervised employees in performing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.

Policies, Procedures, and Reporting

  • Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in all Local Content-related activities and operations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports for the Procurement and Contracts Manager, as requested, to support performance improvement.
  • Conduct regular meetings with subordinates to monitor work progress, discuss updates, review recommendations, and take appropriate actions.

Qualifications and Experience

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Years of Experience

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
