Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Local Corpus Writer to support the development and optimization of AI Bot services.
The role combines Robot Corpus Management and Knowledge Base Management. The successful candidate will analyze bot conversations, identify gaps or errors, create and optimize corpus content, and maintain accurate knowledge resources used by AI Bots and other agents.

Key Responsibilities
Robot Corpus Management
- Analyze AI Bot conversations and user interactions to identify misunderstandings, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Create, update, and optimize Robot Corpus based on real user conversations and business requirements.
- Identify recurring user intents, questions, and conversation patterns.
- Improve corpus content to enhance the Bot's understanding and response accuracy.
- Review Bot performance and provide feedback on corpus-related issues.
- Work closely with relevant teams to continuously improve AI Bot performance.

Knowledge Base Management
- Research, write, organize, and maintain knowledge content.
- Upload and update knowledge articles and information within the Knowledge Base.
- Ensure knowledge content is accurate, clear, consistent, and easy to understand.
- Regularly review existing content and update it based on changes in products, processes, or policies.
- Organize information in a structured format to support efficient retrieval by AI Bots and other agents.

Quality & Collaboration
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow established content, documentation, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with AI, Operations, Product, and other relevant teams when required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to AI content and knowledge management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Very good to excellent command of English, especially written English.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and analyze user conversations.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to organize and manage large amounts of information.
