The Business Development Specialist is a highly challenging role. As your main responsibility is to drive revenue growth via new customer acquisition in a highly competitive B2B Industry, you need to possess and develop a strong mix of personal and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Your main objective is growing the company's revenue and Meeting sales targets. To achieve this you will need to:
oGather market and customer information generating and qualifying leads.
oExpand the company database via searching, acquire recording information leading to direct contacts with prospective customers.
oResponding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
oConduct Outbound Calls and Emails to reach out to qualified leads and prospects
oMaintain, develop, map, and penetrate potential clients organizations to Finalize company registration process
oPrepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
oOwn the end-to-end registration & testing process with potential and key MLVs
oClose new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
oAttend meetings as required to discuss and clarify on briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets.
oBuild and expand client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation via telephone calls and emails.
oStay up to date with customer needs and forecasts
oFollow up monthly with the existing clients using business review technique to evaluate business cooperation status
oKeep clients updated with the latest improvements, updates and new services
Qualifications
Strong Command of English is a MUST (written and oral)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results Focused and success driven
