We are seeking a friendly and efficient Locker Room Attendant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Locker Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our facility users while providing excellent customer service.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assign lockers and provide towels, toiletries, and other amenities to facility users
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room area, including regular inspections and restocking of supplies
- Ensure proper security of personal belongings and locker assignments
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks in the locker room area
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding towels and uniforms
- Maintain accurate records of locker assignments and lost and found items
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for managing locker assignments and records
- Proficiency in cleaning and light maintenance tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Experience in locker room management a plus
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
