Role Description The Director role at Awtad is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Director will oversee strategic planning, execution, and performance across property development, management, and design initiatives, ensuring projects align with business objectives and client expectations. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and establishing processes that support operational efficiency and quality standards. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and external partners to drive innovation, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen Awtad's market position. Daily activities include reviewing project progress, approving key deliverables, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and sustainability requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in strategic planning, business development, and project portfolio management within real estate or a related industry.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of property development, facilities management, and design processes, with an understanding of sustainability and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long-term client and partner relationships.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership or director-level role, preferably in the commercial real estate sector.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
