Job Description

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Riyadh 2nd Industrial City (Factory HQ)

Industry: Electrical Product Manufacturing (Switchgear, RMU, Panels, etc.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly sharp and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage both local and international shipping operations for our electrical manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of international shipping customs, regulations, and documentation, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of products (Switchgear, RMU, Panels, etc.) to global and domestic clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations for both local and international shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Prepare, verify, and process customs documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport companies to optimize shipping routes and costs.
  • Track shipments, resolve delays, and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi and international customs regulations, including HS Code classifications, import/export restrictions, and duty/tax requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics expenses.
  • Work closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics with production schedules and customer demands.
  • Handle documentation for SABER, SASO, and other Saudi customs clearance processes as required.
  • Resolve any shipping discrepancies, damages, or delays with suppliers and customers.
  • Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in manufacturing (electrical/industrial products).
  • Strong expertise in international shipping, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
  • Proficient in handling customs documentation (SABER, COO, BL, etc.) for Saudi and global markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers, freight forwarders, and government authorities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software is a plus.
  • She must be Fluent in English.

Work Environment:

  • She must be open to move to the Office-based at Factory HQ (Riyadh 2nd Industrial City).
  • Fast-paced, dynamic work setting in the electrical manufacturing sector.
