Aspire Manpower Services is hiring a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of one of our valued clients in Dubai, UAE.

About the Role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional to coordinate logistics operations, manage shipments, and ensure the smooth movement of goods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and clients.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and logistics records.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate import and export shipments and assist with customs clearance documentation.
• Track inventory movements and maintain accurate records using ERP or logistics management systems.
• Resolve shipment delays, delivery discrepancies, and other logistics-related issues.
• Prepare logistics reports and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination, preferably in the UAE.
• Good understanding of shipping procedures, transportation operations, and logistics documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or logistics management software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and work effectively under deadlines.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Preferably in the UAE (experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination).

Pay range and compensation package

• Position: Logistics Coordinator
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month
• Employment Type: Full-time
