Logistics Coordinator Vacancy

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods.

Position: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Egypt

Reporting To: Logistics / Supply Chain Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Purpose

  • To coordinate and manage daily logistics activities, including transportation, delivery scheduling, and documentation, ensuring smooth flow of materials and finished goods in alignment with company standards and operational requirements.
  • Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and finished products.
  • Arrange transportation with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to meet delivery schedules.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain logistics documents such as delivery notes, invoices, and shipping records.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, production, and sales teams to align logistics plans with operational needs.
  • Track inventory movement and ensure accurate records in coordination with warehouse teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and logistics procedures.
  • Analyze logistics performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Support cost control initiatives by optimizing transportation routes and logistics processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with service providers and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good command of MS Office; ERP system experience is a plus.
