Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that all documentation meets import/ export regulations.
• Arrange details of shipments operations with forwarders, carriers as necessary for shipping.
• Responsible for filing. 
• Process shipments on Courier system.
• Produce labels and other documents for domestic shipments. 
• Transacting of daily shipments with internal departments and with freight forwarders.
• Adhere to all ISO Procedures and Work Instructions 
• Prepare reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis covering shipments history and progress.
• Review and prepare shipping documents in open and LC terms.
• Contact shipping lines & freight forwarders for operations follow up.
• Ability to deal with SSL portal systems for online quoting and bookings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• English language is a must.
• Sadat City or Menofia residence is a must.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics related experience is a must.
• commercial / warehousing / purchasing background would be a plus.
