The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing inbound logistics operations, ensuring timely receiving, accurate documentation, and proper system updates of incoming goods. The role coordinates with procurement, suppliers, and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy, prevent bottlenecks, and support smooth operational flow.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and procurement according to approved POs.
- Oversee receiving and documentation of incoming goods.
- Verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the inventory/ERP system.
- Issue the delivery gap report between PO and SO.
- Monitor receiving schedules to avoid operational bottlenecks and delays.
- Maintain updated records of received POs and inbound transactions and coordination with the WH team.
- Report all discrepancies and delivery issues to the procurement and management teams.
- Prepare inbound performance and receiving reports.
- Job Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain operations.
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Good understanding of receiving and documentation processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze inbound data.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and warehouse workflows.
- English Level: B1 (written & typing).
- Very good communication skills.
- Gender: Male preferred.
