We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our client's operations team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics activities, ensuring efficient movement of goods, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and update ERP or tracking systems.
- Support inventory management and warehouse coordination as required.
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 24 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, freight, and customs procedures in the UAE.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
