About the opportunity

An industrial SME business who are into high pressure pump equipment based out of Jebel Ali, Dubai, are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations, inventory control, import/export documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Experience handling freight and shipping documentation.
• Experience with Free Zone / bonded warehouse regulations (relevant if based in a free zone like Jebel Ali)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order placement through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Plan transportation routes and coordinate carrier schedules to optimize delivery performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
