Job Description & Requirements

. Create import & export jobs in system till Billing andfile closure

. Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipmentarrival & export shipment booking

. Liaise with Internal & External Customers forshipments arrangement

. Handle import & export custom permit

. Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargohandling

. Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader

. Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent

. Support Sales for quotation

. Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior

Requirements:

- 5 working days

- Working Location : Singapore

- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-paceenvironment

- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritizeurgent tasks

- Expect overtime on a regular basis
