Responsibilities Logistics Coordinator / Receptionist
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate daily logistics and shipment activities, including inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Liaise with warehouses, transporters, couriers, and suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Track shipments and update delivery status in ERP or logistics systems.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery timelines.
Inventory & Documentation Support
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of shipments, receipts, and stock movement.
- Support warehouse and logistics teams with documentation and system updates.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of logistics and transport documents.
Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to logistics, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Maintain office records, trackers, and reports related to logistics activities.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin teams for visitor access, staff coordination, and office requirements.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a point of contact between logistics, warehouse, sales, and external service providers.
- Communicate delivery updates, delays, and issues to relevant stakeholders promptly.
Compliance & Support
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
- Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
