Job Description

Job Purpose

To ensure the efficient and timely coordination of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and distribution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordination: Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels and storage.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and complies with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Cost Control: Monitor logistics expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication or equivalent

Experience

  • Minimum four years of experience in logistics.

Language

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
