Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Shipping Coordinator to manage shipment activities, coordinate logistics operations, and ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with shipping and customs requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and land freight.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and customs documents.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, warehouses, and customs clearance agents.
  • Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor freight costs and support logistics process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
  • Good understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade.
  • Experience coordinating air, sea, and land freight shipments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
