Logistics Division Manager

Airswift is currently looking for an expat Logistics Division Manager for one of our largest projects in Qatar. This position requires availability for relocation to Qatar. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference in our performance to ensure that company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client's requirements.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Uphold safety, health, environmental and worker welfare performance of all logistics execution activities being implemented by the EPC Contractors. Implements and sustains a strong safety culture by inspiring safety commitment via demonstration of safety leadership by example. Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures and policies to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Maintain contacts with NFS Onshore Project Management and their personnel and the EPC Contractors organizations to ensure project requirements related to logistics are implemented and sustained.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of twenty (20) years in Project Execution, with a strong background in Logistics, Transportation, Procurement, and management of large Logistics activities.
• Knowledge or experience in planning work particularly related to project activities of suppliers and sub-contractors, and shipping companies.
• Experience with major and first tier EPC Contractors, Sub-contractors and Vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.
• Diverse technical and business background in executed projects to enable strong interface and communications with Project Managers, Business Team personnel, government and port authorities and construction personnel.
