Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently coordinate document movement, manage courier services, and support smooth administrative logistics within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the dispatch and collection of important documents between clients, government offices, and company departments.
- Manage courier services and ensure timely delivery of files and packages.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Track shipments and follow up to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with administrative and finance teams for document handling requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and assist in logistics planning for office operations.
- Prepare logistics reports and maintain tracking records.
- Ensure safe handling and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
- Assist in improving internal logistics procedures for better efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in logistics coordination or administrative operations.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with courier management and tracking systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
