Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Logistics Executive to support daily logistics, warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock movements, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring the smooth flow of equipment and materials in and out of the warehouse.
This role requires a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence, as the candidate will be responsible for deliveries, collections, and transportation of goods across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, equipment, and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery and project requirements.
- Perform deliveries and collections from customers, suppliers, and project sites.
- Drive company vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, ensuring traceability of equipment entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Monitor and track issued, returned, and transferred equipment.
- Conduct regular stock takes and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Ensure proper labelling, handling, and storage of equipment and materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding delivery schedules and inventory requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
- Prepare delivery orders, goods received notes, and other logistics-related documentation.
- Assist with ad-hoc warehouse, logistics, and operational duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with a good driving record.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or storekeeping.
- Experience managing stock records and inventory tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Able to perform physical handling of goods, including loading and unloading activities.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling logistics
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or software.
- Forklift licence is an advantage.
