Logistics Manager

Role: Logistics Manager

Location: Jeddah

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations within FMCG
• Strong understanding of inventory management and multi-hub logistics operations
• Experience managing 3PL providers and distribution networks
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across all BCR locations
• Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation, stock transfers, and order fulfillment
• Oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliations, cycle counts, and FIFO/FEFO compliance
• Manage and monitor performance of 3PL providers, transporters, warehouses, and co-packers
• Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and logistics cost optimization initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, Finance, and Quality teams
• Monitor logistics KPIs and operational risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Lead and develop the logistics team, promoting accountability and high performance
