Logistics Manager – Construction Projects

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage logistics operations across construction projects. The role will be responsible for logistics planning, site mobilization, material movement, transportation, fleet and equipment coordination, warehousing, site access, temporary facilities, and workforce logistics. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, HSE, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective project logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project logistics and mobilization plans.
• Manage material delivery, storage, movement, and site distribution.
• Oversee transportation, fleet, heavy equipment, and lifting logistics.
• Manage warehouses, laydown areas, and temporary site facilities.
• Coordinate site access, traffic management, and security requirements.
• Support workforce accommodation and transportation logistics.
• Monitor logistics costs, KPIs, utilization, and operational performance.
• Coordinate logistics activities with HSE, Construction, Procurement, and subcontractors.
• Lead and manage the project logistics team.
