Our client is hiring a senior logistics leader to own and scale end-to-end logistics performance across warehousing, transportation, distribution and last-mile delivery, while strengthening the post-purchase customer journey through after-sales and customer service performance.
What you'll own
- End-to-end logistics strategy and execution (planning, inventory, warehousing, transport, last- mile)
- 3PL/vendor performance management (SLAs, cost, quality, reliability)
- KPI ownership and continuous improvement (cost per order, OTIF, lead times, accuracy, returns)
- Process optimisation and digital enablement (WMS/TMS/ERP visibility and reporting)
- Cross-functional leadership with commercial, finance, tech and operations teams
What we're looking for
- Proven leadership in end-to-end logistics operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong 3PL management and commercial negotiation experience
- Solid understanding of logistics tech (WMS/TMS/ERP) and data-driven decision making
- Hands-on problem solver who can balance strategy with day-to-day execution
- Track record of improving service levels while optimising cost
