Logistics Manager/Senior Manager (Retail Fashion Beauty)

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional logistics strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for the responsible countries
• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align logistics with business goals
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers, including contract negotiations and performance oversight
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and brand standards in all logistics operations (incl import/export documentations, tax)

Key requirements

• Mandatory: Proven experience in managing 3PL operations and in-house logistics
• Over 7 years of regional logistics management experience in the retail sector (e.g., fashion, beauty, luxury)
• Strong expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation logistics
• Resourceful, solutions-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
