Job Title: Logistics Manager Exhibitions
Temporary Contract: 3 months
Salary: 7,000 - 8,000 AED
Job Purpose
To manage and coordinate logistics for exhibitions and conferences, ensuring seamless travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for delegates, speakers, and VIPs, including ministers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hotel arrangements for delegates, speakers, and VIPs, ensuring timely confirmations and special requirements.
- Manage airport pickup and drop-off arrangements, ensuring taxis or chauffeurs collect delegates and ministers as scheduled.
- Monitor arrival and departure schedules and provide real-time updates to drivers and internal teams.
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and protocol teams to ensure smooth delegate movement.
- Act as a point of contact for delegates and VIPs for logistics-related support.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve logistics issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate on-site transportation between hotels, venues, and official events.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and logistics reports.
- Ensure high standards of service, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- 25 years experience in exhibition or event logistics (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of venue operations.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics documentation.
- Flexible to work extended hours during event periods.
