Role Purpose
To coordinate the movement, storage, and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies across Innovo's projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and coordinate transportation of materials to and from project sites.- Manage warehouse inventory, stock levels, and replenishments.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and site teams for delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery notes, and customs clearances.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures during loading/unloading.
- Monitor cost efficiency in logistics activities and suggest improvements.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in logistics for construction projects.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and UAE transport regulations.
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
