We're looking for a proactive and reliable Logistics Officer to support transportation coordination, shipment tracking, inventory movement, and daily logistics activities. Role Responsibilities

Coordinate Logistics Operations

Support daily logistics activities, including shipment scheduling and delivery coordination.
Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and customers.
Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on delays or operational issues.

Manage Shipping Documentation

Prepare and maintain delivery notes, shipping records, and logistics documentation.
Assist with import/export paperwork and customs documentation where required.
Ensure logistics records are accurate, complete, and properly organized.

Track Inventory and Shipments

Monitor shipment status and update tracking information.
Coordinate inventory movements between warehouses and delivery locations.
Assist with stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.

Support Operational Efficiency

Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate records.
Help identify opportunities to improve delivery timelines and operational efficiency.
Follow company procedures and applicable UAE logistics requirements.

Qualifications

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking systems is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with import/export procedures and UAE customs documentation is an advantage.
