Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Officer who will be responsible for efficiently coordinating logistics operation & managing administrative tasks, including supporting company vehicle fleets, hotel & flight bookings & visa processes. The role is to ensure smooth operations by handling detailed logistics, vendor relationships & administrative support for staff & office needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Min 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, administration roles,
  • Proved experience managing company vehicles, travel bookings & visa arrangements,
  • Knowledge of Saudi logistics & procurement regulations,
  • Strong negotiation & supplier management skills,
  • Good verbal & written communication skills in Arabic & English,
  • Ability to work accurately, handle confidential information & meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics tasks: organize transportation, track shipments,
  • Execute procurement processes in line with company policies,
  • Prepare purchase orders, supplier evaluations & related documentation,
  • Monitor vendor performance & delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment,
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions & procurement,
  • Provide administrative support for the office operations,
  • Manage registration, maintenance & documentation of company vehicles,
  • Arrange staff hotel & accommodation bookings for business travel & company needs,
  • Coordinate & process visa applications, renewals & travel documentation for employees,
  • Ensure compliance with internal & external administrative procedures,
  • Prepare periodic reports on logistics operations, procurement activity & admin operations.
