Role Summary

An Operations Manager Dispatch controls the workflow of dispatchers who serve the logistics/supply chain riders. It is their responsibility to ensure all orders are accounted for in each shipment and to ensure each order arrives on time.

What's On Your Plate

  • Ownership in taking important planning and strategy decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of procedures in cooperation with regional and central teams.
  • Examine data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Reach set targets by driving the mindset towards the company's values and strategy.
  • Share status updates of the operations with upper management and set action plans for improvements.
  • Build a strong relationship with senior stakeholders.
  • Participating in and contributing to the promotion of the company's culture and encouraging top performance and high morale.
  • Provide strong and inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Plan and review compensation actions.

What Did We Order

  • Background in BPO and/or E-commerce operations
  • Strong operations management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience in operations
  • Proven experience managing large-scale and complex operations
  • English proficiency: B1+ or higher
  • Experience handling multi-market / multi-region accounts
  • Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
