About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Logistics Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key logistics projects for our strategic Key Account (KA) clients. This role will ensure seamless integration of JD.com's logistics solutions with our KAs operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management for complex logistics initiatives specifically tailored for JD.com's Key Accounts, from initial conceptualization to final implementation and post-launch review.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to understand client-specific logistics requirements, identify pain points, and propose innovative and efficient solutions leveraging JD.com's extensive logistics network and capabilities.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessments for each KA logistics project.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, sales, and supply chain, to ensure timely and effective execution of project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Facilitate regular communication and progress updates to internal stakeholders and Key Account clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement in KA logistics solutions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of standardized project management methodologies and best practices for KA logistics projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in logistics and e-commerce to inform strategic project development.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management within the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry, with a strong focus on Key Accounts or enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
