About role:

We are seeking a data-driven, Logistics Quality Improvement Specialist to establish, manage and optimize our operational quality management systems in Saudi Arabia. This role serves as a critical bridge between strategic performance metrics and ground operations. You will analyze performance data, build KPI compliance frameworks, and collaborate across international and local teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality & Compliance Systems: Establish operational quality control frameworks. Develop KPIs, incentives, penalty guidelines, and SOP compliance audits.
  • Risk Mitigation: Build and execute loss, damage, and customer complaint reduction schemes to hit regional target metrics.
  • Ground Operations Coaching: Provide operational guidelines and coaching to local ground operations teams to improve technical and management capabilities.
  • Key Account (KA) Performance: Establish workflows to maximize successful delivery rates and maintain high satisfaction for major local market Key Accounts.
  • Cross-Cultural Alignment: Act as a key liaison to align regional operational frameworks with global standards.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in ground operations, logistics quality control, or process optimization (e-commerce, express courier, or 3PL experience preferred).
  • Skills: Strong logical and structured thinking with high attention to detail and data quantification skills.
  • Cultural Astuteness: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop local operational talent in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Languages:Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required to effectively manage cross-border stakeholders. Arabic is a plus.
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
