Role Description
The Logistics Sales Supervisor will oversee the sales operations within the logistics domain, ensuring excellent client service while developing and maintaining customer relationships. This full-time, on-site role is based in Alexandria, Egypt. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, supervising a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve training team members, resolving client concerns, and driving team performance to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, sales data, and logistics challenges
- 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding and Team Management and Training to lead, mentor, and enhance team efficiency
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client requirements effectively
- Proficiency in using relevant sales and logistics management tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
