Job Description:
Accountabilities:
To ensure complete accuracy, fulfil and comply with Logistics Objectives, QMS and Aviation Authorities requirements.
To support the continuous improvement of the Logistics process and performance standards.
To participate in optimizing a company's business procedures through the company's QMS and IT systems including the ERP-system.
Primary responsibilities:
Oversee daily Logistics shopfloor activities to ensure smooth operations and on time delivery of KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly) in line with the agreements.
: drive processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and optimize costs.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with LSP, suppliers, carriers, Dubai customs and internal teams (sales, production) for seamless operations.
Act as a focal point for global to local to global processes (Logistics) coordination, implementation and reporting.
Create transparency in the shopfloor operations through timely reporting and escalations.
Close collaboration with the Logistics (LSP) WH supervisor and QA team on daily tasks.
Coordinate Customs (internal/external) requirements with local/global entities.
Participate/Contribute in logistics and QA meetings (Local/Global).
Align with the preparation of rolling shift roaster plans for the QA team.
Close monitoring of KPIs, Scraps, Customer claims, Stock Discrepancies and Customer Returns (Red/Blue Channels).
Initiate/Monitor/Deliver procurement related activities for Warehouse logistics and IT.
Audits: Act as a key focal point for internal/external audits that includes proactive preparations, facilitation and a successful audit outcome.
Ensure the shopfloor practices are in place active and effective (SQCDP update, Operational surveillance, Gemba Walk, Top Priorities, 5S, FOD, etc.)
Support to ensure the shopfloor activities are in line with Airbus/Satair values.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Represent HO WH in local/global meetings as and when required.
Participate/Contribute in cross functional work to support the Warehouse Logistics operations.
General Duties:
To comply with the company's Mission, Values and Quality Management procedures.
To keep the Team Leader / Manager - Warehouse informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areas
To participate in optimizing company business procedures through company's IT systems, including the ERP-system
To participate in company project groups
Represent the Logistics and Quality Management department during internal meetings, working committees and modification programs.
To identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency
Comment/advise on undesirable conditions within the organization, and propose potential solutions for improvements
To be well informed about and familiar with the latest developments in company's business
To participate in occupational safety and health efforts
Assist in the performance of Internal/external logistics and quality audits, compile QM/Spares data into Statistical reports used to measure the effectiveness of SME Quality Management Procedures.
New and Used Monitoring and follow-up of storage conditions on all Spares.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's in Management/Logistics/Supply Chain/Aviation + 2-3+ years of relevant experience in end to end Warehouse Logistics and Quality Conformance.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in IT apps - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Gmail, etc.
Experience with logistics software: ERP (SAP), TMS, WMS.
Knowledge of shipping software (eg. UPS/FedEx/DHL).
Core Competencies:
: Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail.
: Excellent verbal & written skills in English.
: Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, adapt.

Expert in warehouse logistics operations (inbound, inventory handling and outbound) and Quality Conformance.
Strong knowledge in order management, logistics management, inventory management, shipping/receiving, warehouse management and Quality Conformance.
Familiarity with regulations (Customs, DGR, EASA, GCAA).
