Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient delivery. The role involves handling transportation, documentation, inventory coordination, and communication with vendors, warehouses, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes
• Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, or damages efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Provide regular logistics and performance reports to management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in logistics, E-Commerce, or supply chain roles
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, MS Office and ERP system(SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
