We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of our B2C logistics operations, ensuring seamless pick-and-pack activities, maintaining stock inventory control and safeguarding the quality and safety of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and optimize pick-and-pack operations for B2C business to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock records and minimize discrepancies.
  • Ensure the safety and quality of goods by implementing proper storage and handling practices.
  • Prepare and manage invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Input and update data in the ERP system, ensuring consistency and correctness.
  • Create packing lists and labels for shipments as per company and client requirements.
  • Track and follow up on freight tracking numbers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Maintain 5S practices to promote workplace organization and efficiency.
  • Act as the key liaison for forwarders and customs-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and seamless transportation of goods.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • English fluency is required; proficiency in Chinese is considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and basic invoicing procedures is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
