Logistics Supervisor

Role Description

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor for an on-site, full-time position located in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, supervise and coordinate the movement of goods, manage inventory, ensure timely deliveries, liaise with customers to address service-related concerns, and optimize operational efficiency by adhering to organizational goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee logistics processes and ensure operational efficiency
• Experience in Inventory Management to track, organize, and optimize stock levels
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities and adaptability
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology for logistics and inventory management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the FMCG industry and familiarity with the Saudi market is preferred
