We're Hiring | Logistics Supervisor (Offshore)

Join our team and play a key role in supporting offshore logistics operations for Artificial Islands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics operations for Artificial Islands and offshore facilities.
• Coordinate the transportation of personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor logistics contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore policies, procedures, and HSE standards.
• Coordinate marine logistics and transportation support with internal teams and contractors.
• Oversee transportation and waste management services.
• Monitor logistics performance and drive KPI achievement.
• Lead HSE initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.
• Conduct offshore site visits to monitor logistics operations and contractor performance.
• Support emergency response activities and logistics investigations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Marine, Aviation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Professional logistics certification is an advantage.
  
  

Experience:

• 5–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Previous experience in marine or offshore logistics is preferred.
• Experience in contract and contractor management is essential.
