Logistics Tracking Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Tracking Coordinator to oversee and track shipments across multiple locations and sales channels. This role ensures that orders are processed accurately and on time from source to customer.

You will work closely with customer care, warehouses, and courier partners to maintain clear shipment visibility and smooth fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Track shipments between China, Dubai, and Qatar

Monitor Shopify orders and delivery status

Track courier shipments (e.g., Aramex, DHL)

Update shipment and delivery status consistently

Identify and report delays, missing items, or delivery issues

Maintain clear tracking sheets and basic operational reports

Requirements

Experience in e-commerce, logistics, and operations

Familiarity with Shopify and courier tracking systems

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Comfortable working with WhatsApp and spreadsheets or tracking software

Based in Qatar

Available to start immediately
