Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Technician, based in Al Ain. The General Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations in the hotel, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role requires routine inspections of systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will also assist in maintaining the functionality and appearance of the property to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general facility maintenance.
- Ability to use technical tools, read blueprints, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Al Ain and be flexible with working hours, including shifts.
- Professional certifications or technical education related to general maintenance or specific trades (preferred).
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
